INVAS Technologies Private Limited was incorporated in the year 2006 with the main objective of carrying-out the business of providing Telecom Test Equipments and value added services in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. INVAS is an engineering and technology-based company, which provides its customers with advanced telecommunications products and services, which are highly reliable, value for money and supported for many years beyond commissioning. The supplied products are engineered for local and international customers to meet a variety of environmental operating conditions and to meet local and international standards.

INVAS is establishing Telecommunication Solutions that not only carry information but also the business of its clients/customers. With proven track record of customer satisfaction, we are establishing Regional Support Offices in various parts of India. The Headquarter is at New Delhi, India is housed with its highly talented and skilled workforce including Managers, Support Staff, Engineering Expertise, Administrative and Support Services that provides as a focal point for all Sales and Support activities for all its projects in India. INVAS also has regional offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata.

CERTIFIED SERVICE FACILITIES

 

INVAS has established well equipped and Certified Service Center having the necessary test equipments, tools and Spare Parts for testing and repairing of supplied Test Solutions. We also have in-house test capabilities for Optical Fiber tester and Splicing equipments etc.

Our Business Segments

 

1. PRODUCT SALES & SUPPLIES, as Authorized distributors of EXFO Inc. (Canada), Sumitomo Electric Industries Ltd. (Japan), Rohde & Schwarz (Germany), IXIA (USA) and iBwave Solutions Inc. (Canada), we supplied the vast range of test solutions to our Indian customers for the testing of Wired and Wireless Networks. INVAS either directly to the end customers or through re-seller channels caters to the Market in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

2. PROJECTS & SERVICES In this segment our activities involve us with provisioning of Services for Design Engineering, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Project Management for project roll-outs for telecom equipment manufacturers and EPC contractors.

3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT & VALUE-ADDED SERVICES: Activities under this business segment is further divided into 3 focused groups as detailed below:
Service Support, Annual Maintenance Contracts & Technical Support Services.

Service Support

 

We fully support all the supplied test instruments through our Certified Service Center & Regional Service Centers by providing efficient and economical repair support. Our well-established Service Center along-with Calibration Lab at situated in Corporate Office at Gurgaon, which is fully equipped with necessary infrastructure and train man-power. Other Regional Service Centers are also operational with our PAN India Branches.

Annual Maintenance Contracts

 

Annual Maintenance Contract for test instruments is undertaken by us for our customers after the warranty period. The repairs and calibration support for the supplied products is undertaken by our factory trained engineers. The Calibration is performed with the automated Calibration station installed at our service center by our overseas Principals.

Technical Support Services & Past Experience

 

Technical Support and Network Maintenance Services (Remote/On-Site, Voice/Web Support) is being offered by us. These support services are provided by us directly to our end customers or we partner with major equipment manufacturers and suppliers for providing these services on their behalf. Technology, Product & System Training Services is also provided by INVAS under this business segment.
